Booking Guidelines

Process:

A large party is considered to be any group of 10 or more guests requesting to be seated together or with specific seating instructions, menus, and/or set-up.

In order to confirm the reservation a Credit Card Authorization Form needs to be filled out and returned at least 72 hours prior to the date of the reservation
Wine selection must be communicated at least five (5) days prior to the date of the reservation to ensure quantities
Private dining is only available on the outside deck and only available to parties of 15 or more people.
- There is a private space fee that will be automatically added to the final bill.
- Any reservation changes or cancellations due to incremental weather must be made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date.
- No refunds will be given on the day of the reservation due to weather changes.
- The outside deck’s maximum seating capacity is 28 people
If available, approval for restaurant “buy outs” must be obtained from the Restaurant Owner.
- Restaurant Buy Out: (A Buy Out is determined to be any group larger than 40 to be seated at the same time)
  1. All prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity.
  2. In all cases of booking, Wicked Bao is EXISTING SET-UP ONLY. In order to preserve the integrity of this newly renovated space the room must be used AS-IS.

Gratuities:

A 20% large party service charge that will be added automatically for parties larger than 6 people.

Menus:

All menus are created by the Chef and Owner of Wicked Bao.

Cancellation Policies:

Large parties cancelling a reservation must do so 72 hours prior to the date of the reservation to avoid cancellation fees.
- 48 hour cancellation fee is 25% charge
- 24 hour cancellation fee is 50% charge
- Same day cancellation fee is 100% charge
